STA Quality Accounting Office is supported by government and private agencies. We have received awards and certificates from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce; the Revenue Department, Ministry of Finance; and the Thai Chamber of Commerce. We are the first accounting office to receive the Outstanding Ethics Award from the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Outstanding Business Governance Award from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce. We conduct business based on the principles of good governance, transparency, honesty, social responsibility, and fairness to all involved parties. These principles are reflected in the policies and activities that STA Quality Accounting Office has consistently implemented.
Business Governance Standards Shield

Received the Business Governance Standards Certification for the year 2023 from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, and was permitted to use the Business Governance Standards Certification Mark.
To be displayed together with the business trademark or displayed on stationery, advertising and public relations materials, including a note certifying business governance standards on the corporate certificate page for a period of 3 years.

Director-General of the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce
Certification renewed for 2026
The Department of Business Development has renewed the Business Governance Standards certification for STA Accounting and Consulting Co., Ltd. for a further three years, effective from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2029, under DBD letter No. Por Nor 0811.04/Wor 10504 dated 10 August 2026.
This certification is not a one-off award. It has to be re-assessed at every renewal, and the company must file a self-assessment report against the Business Governance Standards with the Department every year.
Thailand's Smart Awards
STA Accounting and Consulting Co., Ltd. received the Thailand's Smart Awards 2018 in the category of a company that adheres to the principles of outstanding good governance and management from the Celeb Club program, which was held for the first time. This is because the company conducts business based on the principles of good governance, with transparency, honesty, social responsibility, and fairness to all parties involved. Mr. Sarawuth Suwanmanee, Managing Director, was the representative to receive the honorary plaque from Mrs. Kulnee Isdisai, Director-General of the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
Outstanding Business Governance Award
STA Accounting and Consulting Co., Ltd. received the Outstanding Business Governance Award for 2011 (DBD Corporate Governance Awards: DBD CG AWARDS) from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, which was held for the first time. As a business operator with ethics and applying good governance principles in business operations, Mr. Sarawuth Suwanmanee, Managing Director, was the representative to receive the award of honor from Mr. Siriwat Khajornprasat, Deputy Minister of Commerce.
🏆 TCC BEST Awards — Thai Chamber of Commerce Business Ethics Award, 2011 and 2026
STA Accounting and Consulting Co., Ltd. has received the Thai Chamber of Commerce Business Ethics Award (TCC BEST Awards) twice: in 2011 and again in 2026, fifteen years apart, as an exemplary organisation conducting business with ethics based on transparency, honesty, morality and social responsibility. In 2026 the award was in its 24th year, and only 13 companies nationwide received it, 6 large companies and 7 small and medium-sized enterprises, STA among the latter. Mr. Sarawuth Suwanmanee, Managing Director, received the award in person on both occasions, and on both occasions it was presented by Professor Emeritus Dr. Kasem Wattanachai, Privy Councillor. The 2026 ceremony was held on Wednesday 26 August 2026 at the main auditorium of the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
Quality Accounting Office
STA Accounting and Consulting Co., Ltd. has received a Quality Accounting Office Certificate No. 21 from the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, as an accounting office operator with quality and reliable operations. This was achieved through an assessment of compliance with accounting office quality certification requirements, as per the Department of Business Development's announcement on the criteria and conditions for accounting office quality certification, B.E. 2558.
Tax Agent
STA Accounting and Consulting Co., Ltd. has been granted a license to act as a representative accounting office by the Revenue Department. We are able to submit tax returns and pay taxes, or perform other actions as prescribed by the Director-General of the Revenue Department, on behalf of taxpayers via the Internet via the Revenue Department's website (www.rd.go.th).
