Customers who are interested in our services must pay the service fee at the end of each month for the following month.

Should I register as a limited company or a partnership?

You should consider various necessary factors related to the type of business you should set up. For example, a sole proprietorship if you have your own capital and want high flexibility; a limited partnership if you have relatives or friends to invest with you; or if your target group is a business organization or government agency that requires credibility, you must register as a limited company.

How much capital should I start when opening a company?

Consider and analyze your business, including how much capital you will need to operate it and to ensure the credibility of the company. If you want to do business with a government agency, sometimes the government agency may look at registered capital to use for hiring.

Why must you register capital of 1 million baht?

This may be because the company registration fee is calculated based on the registered capital. If the capital does not exceed 1 million baht, the fee is 5,000 baht. If you register capital less than 1 million baht, the fee will be the same.

What do I need to do when opening a new company?

1. Accounting and Financial Statements

- Prepare accounting books in accordance with the law from the date of registration as a juristic person. Accounting types that must be prepared include daily accounts, general ledgers, and financial statement details.

- Close the accounts for the first time within 12 months, and close them every 12 months from the previous closing date. Then, hold an annual general meeting of shareholders to approve the financial statements within four months of the closing date. The financial statements must be submitted to the Provincial Business Development Office within one month of the financial statement approval meeting.

- Keep the accounts and supporting documents for at least five years.

2. Prepare share certificates and shareholder registers.

- Prepare share certificates (only for limited companies) and give them to the company's shareholders. Failure to do so is punishable by a fine not exceeding ten thousand baht.

- Prepare the company's shareholder register (only for limited companies). Failure to do so is punishable by a fine not exceeding twenty thousand baht.

Does STI charge an expensive outsource fee?

Our service fees depend on the employee's job title and the amount of work done. If comparing between full-time employees and outsourced employees, outsourced employees can help you more. You don't have to worry about training new employees or paying for benefits, bonuses, or anything else that will increase costs in the future. Instead, our service fees will be fixed according to the customer's needs.

We provide internal auditing services, accounting audits for both government organizations, limited companies, and public companies.

What sampling volume per business is satisfactory and acceptable to the Revenue Department?

The Revenue Department does not specify, but it is at the discretion of the auditor and auditor to determine how many random inspections are sufficient to obtain sufficient evidence for the report.

Is it necessary to submit financial statements to both the Ministry of Commerce and the Revenue Department?

It is necessary to submit both, as specified by law, by submitting the financial statements to the Ministry of Commerce and submitting the financial statements together with the Por.Ngor.Dor.50 form to the Revenue Department. They may not be submitted at the same time, but must be submitted within the timeframes set by the Ministry of Commerce and the Revenue Department.
